Scorpio Season: Slow down. Go deep.
The veil thins: What DOES Scorpio Season want you to see?
Slow, steady, and a little spooky — Scorpio season is here (Oct. 22–Nov. 21). After Libra’s social and initiating energy, we move into fixed water: a quieter, deeper time for probing beneath surface feelings and uncovering what’s truly real.
There’s no hiding when Scorpio’s BS detector is on. And we wouldn’t want it any other way! This season invites us to turn inward, feel what’s alive in us, compost what no longer serves, and let honest tending lead to healing.
You’re probably sensing it already: pumpkin spice in the air, root vegetables on the table, and crunchy leaves underfoot. Scorpio season is also punctuated by threshold festivals — Halloween (Oct. 31), Samhain (Nov. 1), and Día de los Muertos (Nov. 1–2) — moments when the boundary between worlds feels thin. We’re invited to remember ancestors, to honor what has passed, and to listen for what wants to be revealed.
Season highlights:
Mars in Scorpio through Nov. 3 brings a focused, courageous push to go after Truth (capital “T”). Give yourself permission to turn inward and examine what you usually avoid; the path through is through.
The full moon on Nov. 4 in Taurus helps ground Scorpio’s intensity with earthy, sensory presence.
The Scorpio new moon on Nov. 19 closes the season with a chance to plant seeds for transformation, relinquish control, and trust Spirit (or God, Source — whichever language feels right).
Where is Scorpio in your chart? Where are you being asked to investigate, feel, and ask why, then why again, and again?
Embodying the season
Move with Intention: SLOW down - Scorpions are stealthy. Move with intention. ACT thoughtfully. BE purposeful.
Candlelight Listening: After sunset, light a candle. Feel its warmth. Notice the glow. Ask Spirit to illuminate what needs attention. Listen. Don’t look away. Step in with a Scorpio heart.
Earth Connection: Dig your hands into mulch. Let the compost remind you: decay feeds future growth. Allow what’s ready to break down so new life can take root.
Reflection prompts
How can you allow yourself to feel deeply what’s moving through you right now? Rather than stuffing or postponing, can you look at it and feel what’s calling to be felt?
What part of your life needs an open-hearted investigation? Where can you dig deeper and sit with truths — and what might open up when you do?
